2. About BillingOnline

BillingOnline provides smart metering and energy management solutions, which may include the supply and installation of smart meters, communication devices, AMR software hosting, reporting, and related services.

  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

  • readings, reports, estimates, and analytics are provided “as is” and may contain errors or delays;

  • you remain responsible for verifying information where it is used for decision-making (e.g., billing reconciliation, operational decisions, audits).

All content and materials on the Website/Platform—including text, graphics, logos, software, dashboards, reports, downloads, and designs—are owned by or licensed to BillingOnline and are protected by law.

  • we suspect unauthorized use, fraud, abuse, or security risk;

  • required to do so by law or a competent authority.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes will be handled in South African courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
